Capel (CS) Ltd was established in 1995 by John Devereux. With its base in Ilford Essex and specialising in civils works, development, labour supply and concrete/formwork the company has grown to its current size.

The waterproofing section was added as another arm in 2009. This division is headed up by Frank Duffy. Frank has 10 years experience of waterproofing and with our experienced site teams (most of whom have worked with Frank for 7-8 years) we feel can offer advice, provide solutions and then produce a finished job to the satisfaction of our client.
